I was never really intially interested in Commercial Real Estate.

My mom was at the time successfully fighting Cancer. It was right before the Covid-19 pandemic. You could go into a gas station and generally 90% of the things that you'd see you don't really want. Even after the immediate threat of the Pandemic; we've returned to the stores.

If I owned a Gas Station I found myself wanting to provide options that didn't exist or weren't common.

Retail-Trade is the type of Real-Estate that I want to provide a space that offers more variety than your average gas station. Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc.

 

Of course I'd like to offer standard options that you'd see in any gas station. I also would like to offer items online as well linked to the convenience store or to my brand as J.Fields & Company. Being interactive with the community and providing true supply and demand. Taste in an item will vary greatly per personal interests. My goal is to provide viable options that you actually want.

INTRIGUED BY LUX is the subsidiary company legally doing business as for the purposes of an E-Commerce Store.

Providing items all over the world. Items such as apparel, beauty products, accessories such as sunglasses, hats, etc. Currently J.Fields & Company decided to partner with Alive Shoes a company based in Italy. Through this partnership of design and fashion the shoeline Velure was born. Each shoe is handcrafted into Italian made art worn by the foot. Currently offering luxuary made footwear.

Additionally, within further business ventures designed to minimize 3rd party involvement; logistic based options will be provided. Transportation opportunities will minimize cost and increase effectiveness and productivity. Transportation opportunities will include renting trucks, luxury vehicles, transporting gas, goods, etc. Providing the means for J.Fields & Company to grow as a business.
